• The words on this website “Book”, “Sign-Up”, “Register” & “Registration” refers to as the Official registration by entering into a “Contract” / “Agreement” with AURA DESIGN WORK for either “Design Only” or “End-to-End Interior Design Services.”

• The words on this website “Contract” & “Agreement” refers to as the Official registration between AURA DESIGN WORK & the clients’/customers’.

• The word on this website “Scope of Work” refers to as the services required by the clients’/ customers from AURA DESIGN WORK.

• The words on this website “Space/s”, “Project/s” & “Site/s” represents the location of the proposed site where the clients’/customers want AURA DESIGN WORK to offer services in Comprehensive Interior Design.

• The words on this website “Quotation” & “Rough Estimate/Estimation” refers to as a thumb rule calculation of services rendered per square feet or per running feet of respective services.

• The words on this website “Budget”, “Project Budget” & “Project Development Cost” refers to as calculation of all cumulative services involved in Comprehensive Interior Design Services. Here the cumulative services are floor to ceiling services. The cost is Material + Production + Labor + Installation, the cost excluding lead & lift, transport & taxes.

• The words on this website “Contractor/s”, “Vendor/s” & “Service Provider/s” refers to as third party contractors/vendors/service providers who are involved in Execution / Manufacturing / Production during Site Execution stage of the Project. Third Party Vendor refers to as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we think may interest you.

• The word on this website “Design Only” refers to as Consultation limited to the Design Stage of the Project. AURA DESIGN WORK does not involve in the Site Execution of the process of the respective project or proposed development. Design only service is limited to Conceptualization, Space Planning, 2D & 3D Presentation Design Sets. Consultation in Material Selection is subjective and choice of the client which not inclusive in “Design Only Packages”.

• The words on this website “Comprehensive Interior Design Solution/s”, “Turn-Key Solution/s” & “End-to-End Interior Design Solution/s” refers to as the Consultation During the Design Stage + Overall Project Management During the Site Execution Stage. Overall Project Management includes Consultation in Material Selection, Detailed Estimation, Site Resource Management & Vendor Management.

• The word on this website “Package/s” refers to as the Proposal offered to the end user, client/s for the Proposed Development of the Project which can either be a “Design Only Package” or “End-to-End Interior Design Package”. This will be provided by AURA DESIGN WORK in three variants respectively, i.e., Basic, Intermediate & Advance or Economic Range, Medium Range & Premium Range.

• The word on this website “Terms & Conditions” or “T&C Apply”  refers & imply to as the Conditions of Contract between AURA DESIGN WORK and their respective clientele. This section involves Terms & Conditions, Duties, Roles & Responsibilities of AURA DESIGN WORK and their clientele respectively.

• The word on this website “Warranty”  refers to & implies towards the services in the site execution stage. The warranty is subject to condition against the invoice and third party companies who are offering the same. AURA DESIGN WORK has a role limited to Design & Site Execution and not related to the third party service/s or product/s directly or indirectly.
